Strange error when starting up RMXP

Yesterday, when I started up my program and tried to load my game, I got the message 'Unidentified File Format'. I don't have a clue why it suddenly says so, and I also don't know what it means.

I was about to release a demo from my game, but the game won't start as long as I get this message. Does someone knows what to do, or where the problem lies?

Check your data folder of the project see if any file is modified recently, it could be a virus (although I doubt it), or you probably didn't save your data well. If it's the latter one then you cant probably do much if you don't have a backup somewhere.

Afaik that usually can happen when your PC crashes and you have RMXP open.

Some of the files in the Data/ directory should have a size of 0 KB. They are gone. For ever. :down:

Can you provide more information? Neo Bahamut is right. Check your Data folder.
