what I'm asking is certain items do not work when a certain status that affects a player.
Example:
Potion heals 20 HP, but a Character has a SICK Status. When a Potion is used on that character
the potion doesn't heal that Character that has a SICK status,
but the Item is stilled used so the player wasted a Potion.
Status Info:
Sick - All Potions type item will be inaffective until this status is
gone, but the all Potion items can still be used on the
SICK character even when effect of the potion don't work,
but recovery Herbs will work normally.
so Potions willl not work for a sick character, but a HP reacovery Herb
will work like normal.
this also apply all target type items like "Heal all Party members" the
non Sick character will heal normally while the Sick Character don't heal at all.
