Star Fox Window skin. (And maby some other starfox stuff)

This is a window skin of the first starfox game on the snes.
It doesn't look very star fox like, but it is a window skin from the game.
Please tell me how to improve on it.

Use a different color pallet that has a bit more blue in it and maybe change the arrow to another shape.

I agree about the arrow.
What part do you think should be more blue?
I'll change the arrow to an ar-wing and see how that looks.

The background color and add a little bit of a bluish/green tint to the gray square. I don't know what it is because I haven't done system skins since I was still doing rm2k3. =)

I couldn't get it bluey/green, I'm just doing the new arrow now.
edit: Here's the one with a new arrow, I'm trying to get the perfect bluey/green colour now.
