Stand Alone C# Bitmap class

I have been working on my own file format for a while now for rpm maker xp. i finally got it working perfect earlier this week (minor error in my color manager, was a pain to find lol) but no matter how much time i spend on improving the code, i cant get it to convert big images fast enough. so im moving towards writing a c# application to convert my pngs and bitmaps to my format. but i cant find a good enough bitmap class, or the one i found had like 9000 dependencies. so i was wondering if anyone knows where i can get a good stand alone bitmap class(also a good png class would be good too)

Why are you making your own format, perhaps you could answer that first?

because i wanted too mostly lol, but also it would make someone have to go to a little bit more work to steal my graphics that i paid good money for a professional artist to make(granted im prob not gonna use rpgmaker xp as my release engine)

those things aside it could also help other people add a little protection to their files once im done, ive already made it so the files can only be read by the project they are linked too(via encryption and a header in the file)

i know people can get around this, but it is no longer as simple as decrypt a project and steal everything.
