Stack Level Too Deep Error...

Simply put i get a stack level too deep error for

In

  @sprite.bitmap = RPG::Cache.picture(@actor.name + ".png" )
  @sprite.z = 999
    refresh
end
end

What did i do wrong?

I call the script in Scene_Map and when i go to the menu the sprite is still there, but the text isn't. Is there something special i need to add to have it dispose of the sprite too?
 
instead of a sprite, use the blt function.
this should work:

Either $game_system.se_play($data_system.decision_se) (or cancel_se, or buzzer_se; the database-defined sounds) or Audio.se_play("filename", volume, pitch) where filename is the name of the file (path included; i.e. Audio/SE/soundeffect), volume is the volume (0 to 100) and pitch is the pitch (50 to 150).

An example of the last one would be Audio.se_play("Audio/SE/footstep", 85, 100). 100 is default pitch.
