SR2 Display Troubles...

Ok, I just installed Soul Reaver 2 on my PC (Which is almost brand new) and Direct X8, but when I started to actually play it, the display is completely screwed up. The only colors I can see are different shades of purple and blue, but usually the entire screen is just black. The sound works perfectly, though, and when I did manage to see the Start Game option (Hoping that maybe it was just the title screen that was messed up; something I could actually bear), the introductory movie palyed flawlessly. Afterwards, however, the black screen (Actually, now that I think about it, it was more of a really dark green) prevailed once more.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what is wrong? All of my other games on this PC don't have this problem. :/

Get DirectX 9.
Also, what's your video card?

I don't see why I would have to get 9, since 8 is recommended for it. I'm pretty sure my video card is NVIDIA GeForce 6150 LE.

9 is better then 8 so get it

DirectX 9 is the most updated version. It will always work with 9. Usually, it's DirectX 8 or higher recommended.

Make sure that your card is supported, and that you have updated drivers.

Ah, that's probably it. I'd try it now, but I uninstalled it last night ao that it's not just sitting there wasting space... Thanks for the tip.
