Hey there.
I'm working on a sprite and was hoping for some opinions and feeback.

It has no hair yet. But what does everyone think?

The pallet look's good. You're pillow shading though, that's the biggest flaw I see that could be easily corrected. The outfit's a little busy too. I'd try and make the hair color one of the three colors you already have to make the sprite appear more uniform.

Try not to pillow shade, also remove those black outlines.
