some sprites (PA)

Here are some sprites i made to use in my game.
FIXED IMAGE TAGS, NOT SURE WHY JPG

This is all i have right now.
Any way to improve them?

Why are the legs o the human so skinny? It also kind of looks like horns are poking out of his head as well.

Some parts of your sprites look a little pillow-shaded as well.

I like the stylization a lot but you need to improve on perspective and shading.  A character in an RPG is typically viewed from about a 60 degree angle above, so you should see the tops of their heads and shoulders.  In RTP the lighting approaches from the southwest so you have more shading on the right side and rear objects than on the left side and more forward objects.  That can change if you're doing your own tiles as well but you still don't want straight on lighting like you have right now, an angled light will look much more dynamic and make the character "pop".

Also on the arms of your human template your upper arms are too short.  The armored character and the big gray guy (who is awesome by the way) are correct, the skeleton has no elbows as far as I can tell.  The weird pinch at the human template's hips is incorrect as well, it should be straightened out and the knees should be lowered, thereby lengthening the upper legs.  Like I said before I like the stylization but you need to have a proportional anatomy within the constraints of the style :)

Adding a little more curve to the outside of the ogre's forearms would really help its arms look less like clubs. Just one or two pixels of outward growth should do you there. And... Giving him some fingers and a thumb on his hands would probably help, too. As it stands, it looks like he has a major birth defect in his hands. And remember, peoples' hands aren't usually clenched into fists when they're standing idly! just take a look at how your hands look at rest, and try to reflect that in your ogre.
