Some questions

In rpg maker xp when my character walks out of his house i want to have an event where offscreen the another character says wait up and then walks to my character and i want the screen to scroll up to the npc and then as the npc walks the screen follows him and then the two characters have  a small conversation could some one help me with that?

Also i would like to know if there is a way that there would be team attacks like one character doing a fire attack and another does a ice attack or the whole team doing an attack together like in Chrono trigger?

You can use the "Scroll Map" command to scroll up and down manually to make it follow the NPC.

There are probably some scripts around that combine skills, you can try searching the Submitted Scripts Section.
