Some Drawings Part 2

Hey everyone : ) I guess some of you might recognize me from CA because i posted some junk there already, i think its about time i joined RMXP.org. lol

Well as a few of my friends on here will know i kinda quit drawing and havent drew anything for about 2/3 weeks, but recently i started to doodle somewhat again, because i have an opportunity to get a short comic published in a magazine, it probably wont happen because the comic has to be Very good and the deadline is pretty close but im gonna give it a shot...

This is a girl i sketched, i know how much the body and coloring suck already -_- but how does the outfit look? I know School Girls are very "Cliche" and very overused these days but im gonna go with it regardless. Also, Its Not a comic about High School relationships and stuff.

Anyway, Opinions? : ]

The darks need a little more shading, but I like it a lot. It's very advanced in technique. I'm trying to figure out what this looks like. It kinda reminds me of that pink-haired girl in Eureka 7.

But I'm very impressed, you have a way with faces :')

This drawing is a OLLDDD, drawn sometime last year... But, my desk always been very unorganized... so i lost this drawing before i could finish it. : X its either been thrown out or stolen, either way... its now scrapped.

So why am i posting this drawing now? Because this is the only drawing ive lost that i actually scanned - Also, I finally fixed up my desk today >: ] somewhat...

I have a small, cheap desk... lol also notice the Gogo poster on the top left (from Kill bill), Take-out menu hanging on my wall near the center (for a place i never order from, cant really see this.) and my Disgaea Calender to the right (which is still on August). That big box thing on the left of my desk, it has trays for storing paper, i bought that today so i can keep my drawings organized... Notice the heap of papers to the right there (there's a sony PSP in there somewhere) , thats an example of how it used to be like (i havent tidied that yet >_<) Although, i still have the problem of not enough space for my keyboard... It's sitting on my lap as i type this crap. It isnt perfect but now i have some space to move my arms and draw... yayyy

Skeleton Dude: I know it's the costume, but the body itself looks rather flat to me. You could try adding a teensy bit of lighting, since shading doesn't seem like the right idea.

Cowgirl: Ho shit she has huge thighs. That was just a comment, just to let you know, the artwork is very good.

Actually for the skeleton dude, i think adding highlights will look very bad because of the black/white contrast with the bones. : X

i got this comment a lot : ) possibly from everyone whose ever seen it lol I dunno what the problem is, they arnt that big. quite thin i think actually... i guess its how i drew her skin against the hold-ups, it makes her butt look kinda big and squished - but anyway thanks a lot for the comments : )

I actually think it's nice, I mean, if I can't even draw a face nor get me an artist to do so, who am I to complaint?

my faves: the skelly and the cowgirl, but I like the skelly better, since I made him a sprite...

So clean!! I looove clean artwork. And I like to see skin flab once in a while. Nobody's so toned that tight stuff doesn't flab out atleast a little part of their body.

What do you use to color? On this crappy monitor I can't tell if that's a refined oil paintjob or straight photoshop.

@Venetia: : O You know ive always been very messy when drawing and lately ive tried to be clean, this is the first time my drawings have ever been called clean XD thank you very much : P Im glad finally someone doesnt say they are too big (come on even my mom said they were too big)
What do i use to color? Hmm this is the 2nd time someone has said it looks like i use traditional paints XD but no, i use photoshop/painter/open canvas 1.1 and GIMP. They all have different uses i think but i dont paint often.

I sketched this and 2 other pics at college during interval (30 mins lol), then i inked this on the train back home. This is just for fun and inking practice so i dont think its needs critism XD (unless you can give comments on inking, i can already see the obvious mistakes on her proportions : P). The other 2 pics arnt finished right now but ill probably post them soon.
