Simple way to get rid of strength

Is there a simple way to get rid of strength and weapons. I want to use only skills in my game and no normal attack. How do I go about doing this, also would I need to edit scripts to get rid of the attack command? Thanks in advance folks.

Well, to completely erase it from the game, it would take a little while to do. To just make it so you can't attack, it takes a couple lines to edit.
