Simple "Tag" Script for XP

I was wondering if anyone could make a Tag script. Tag as in the game kids play. Here are some details:

-For RPG Maker XP
-When someone touches hero, they yell "Tag, Your It!"
-When you tag someone, they don't just go for you

If someone could do this, I would really appreciate it!

Can't it be done with common events and follow the hero, step away from hero, on hero touch?
