I just need a script where certain classes improve stat gaining, such as the actor's stat str usally goes up by 2 but when that actor is the warrior it boosts it by +2 so the actor goes up by 4 Str a level

You can do it with the database on a single actor basis unless you are planning to change classes in game.
Just assign chars to classes, and model the stats curves according to your criteria.
