Showing weapon outside of battle.

Could someone please tell me how to equip weapons that show up outside of battle? I know you can do it inside of battle, because Rye.jp's CBS has it. This would be a great addition to my game, so it would be greatly appreciated.

You would have to use custom sprites for each and every weapon along with every character. you can use gimp or photoshop to do this with, its very easy really =)

That's the graphic part. You also have to make a script or an event based system.

Not script. Event, because script isnt nessecary.  All you would have to do is this:

In common events:

Conditional branch: if iron sword is equipted
set move route:
change actor graphic: iron sword


simple simple simple.

what if you have a Shied, a sword and a helmet equiped?

Search for a visual Equipment script.
