Showing a picture above teh text box

Is there a way to make pictures appear above the textbox or merge them or something? I assume this is script related...

Well, what I do for things like this, is like, draw a picture for each person on my game, which doesn't take too long, and when they talk, just put a show picture event with their number on it, and to make sure I never forget which number in their event I call them like

Well I have faces, but they slide under the text box. Should I just move the pictures up?

i think you should use the universal message script in submitted scripts, i think it has what you are looking for and a lot more.

Its good but I would have to edit a LOT of text to get the faces to fit...

Ok, for what I said, what you do, is just a trial and error with co-ordinates, and when you've got it right, just write the numbers down or something.
It's very simple, effective, and looks really good when done, it looks like they're stood behind the textbox but you can only see the part thats showing. (Thats if you only draw half a body or head or whatever)

Do it my way then, it's alot quicker than scripting, and it all goes into the same event, easy.

you mean slighty above the textbox, right?

So that the bottom row of pixels is inline with the top pixels of the textbox.

When your moving the picture why don't you just change the constant

I already said I would have to edit to much text to make the face fit that it wasn't worth it.
