Now that you've posted the full body, it doesn't really change what Elias said. Make sure your outlines are a continuous width, and put more thought into your shading. Observing cloth in real life might help; see how it falls in different folds, and how the light hits those folds at different angles.
 
I stand by what Elias said.

Now we know why you used all those filters.  Your spriting is utterly horrid.  You have not sense of shading, and the color combination you used is god-awful.  And I don't care if it's a "different template", there are some things that don't matter no matter what template you use.

Try looking at some spriting -- and ESPECIALLY shading -- tutorials.  They really help, you know.
 
I don't want to be beating a dead horse with this, but I'm going to give some advice.

Start simple. No shading, nothing. Single block colors. When you're ready, go with the shading of the template, and then submit. We can help you with clothing folds etc when the time comes.
