I know it's not particularly supported anymore, but I just had a quick question about it.
Basically, is it possible to create a materia that won't actually grant an actor any skills, or any effects other than a stat change? Basically, I'm planning to use it as a sort of 'weapon augment' system, more than Materia, and having stat-increases as well as spell/skill materia would be nice.
I know they can have stats added to it, but would it mess anything up if you ONLY added stats, nothing else?
Also, can it at all be combined with the Weapon Unleash script at all, so that specific materia can cause the weapon's Unleash to change (for instance, Thunder Sword's normal Unleash is Spark, but when you equip a 'Fire' materia in it which grants the skill Burn, the Unleash also becomes Burn), or is that beyond the scope of the script?
