I know the generator is pretty limited. But I think you could have gotten closer.
Sephiroth has long hair and doesn't wear a cape.
That face shape imo is meant for young characters. They tend to have rounder faces and thinner necks.

You can make a pretty convincing Tifa and Vincent if you color the headband red. The hair is there for Sephiroth.
I've studied the generator and there are definitely certain combinations that were meant to go together. Young and old features.
Young: Bigger eyes set low & round face. Adult: Smaller eyes set higher and more chin + thicker neck.

That tifa and Vincent sprite are spot on. I don't think i'll ever like generated faces though.
