Scrolling Background on tittle menu

i have looked all over and i can not find a script that will allow me to have a background that scrolls on my title menu.

could some one help me w/ this.

i want it to be like the Panoramas scrolling effect they had on the old RPG makers except on my title menu instead of my map.
