Script that allows player to input the name they want.

Basically I would LOVE a script that allows the player to input their desired name when the game starts. and then changes messages in the game to that name (the second part is not the most important). Please and thank you sooo much <3

Have you tried using the "Name Input Processing..." event command, located on the third page of commands? It does that for you. Then, all you need is to set it on an autorun event on the starting map.

To display a name in a message box, you use /n[ID] where the ID is the ID of the actor in the database. Same applies to XP and VX.
