Script Request-Pan and Glare Title

I need a script that can pan up from a title image, and then a glare to glare of across the screen, and if possible the menu would slide in from the side into the bottom left hand corner...if this can be done, I'd make sweet love to whomever helped me   :

Please explain what you mean by panning and "glare to glare" on the title screen.  I would love to work on your request, but I am a little confused.

Well what does a glare do? It glares. It is just a simple sun glare that pans over the title name while a white flash occurs. Not to hard, but a simple and good looking effect!
