Screen Video Capture

I was just womdering if there was a good video screen capture out there (freeware) that will let me capture screen video (obviously...:-/) and won't reduce the quality by too much...
Im using this as an intro for my game and it would be much appreciated if someone could help me out :D

I would never dream of using pirated software for production of any creative process but for screen recording ehhh! But I did just buy CS3 Mater Collection and that hobby gets expensive!
