I think that it is so confusing when members constantly change their names. Sure, once in awhile is fine, but it seems as if some of the mods such as moog, despain, sixty, tech, etc. constantly change their names and I find it so confusing to remember who they are. Like I think that if you change your name AT LEAST put something in your sig or motto "aka" or something.

I used to use "mewsterus" but I changed the spelling and added a first name to "rey meustrus". Two reasons for the spelling change:

Distance myself from "mew" the Pokémon, and
Have an 8-character name, which is cool for computers. My name is only one byte long.

The first name? It came from Pokémon anyway, though it's not as obvious as Mew. Call me whatever you like, but sometimes I'm surprised people don't see the resemblance of "meustrus" to "mewsterus" and it seems like nobody recognizes me. It's cool, you young'uns who don't even know who RPG Advocate was can go off in your own little world.
