Construct 2 allows you to rotate the layout, or individual layers, with the 'Rotate layout' and 'Rotate layer' system actions, so the aim is to build a game around these features.

Check out our HTML5 rotating platform demo.

This demo is available in Construct 2. On the start screen press “Browse all examples” and open up the “Rotating Platform” demo. Note your competition entry does not have to be a platform game - you can make any genre of game, so long as the gameplay relies on rotation. However, if you do go for a platformer, you will probably also find its 'Set gravity angle' action useful.
