I'm asking if you'd think she'd look good if I finnish her? So far the 1st frame is the only one complete. I have the clothes on the others though. Do you think she'd look good?

Oh and also she is wearing green and orange because shes supposed to look as though she is wearing jock like clothes from a school with the colors green and orange.

She looks alright from what I can see. Maybe if you added the hair in the other views, I could give you some better crit. But I will say that I can see two tiny inconsistences.
In the front view, her hands are orange. Also, in the left facing side view, one of the sprites is missing the green stripe. Nothing particually wrong with that, but it just looks a little strange to me.

Did you do this straight off a template?

I think that the Legs look awlfully weird. Maybe you can mae the legs  the same size? Also 1 moew thing. I think your person need hand =o! Other than that i cant comment anything since i'm not a spriter so i cant  shade..
