Save Window edit

Hey guys, some of you may know that I suck at scripting.
I've tried to script this but failed to make it perfectly, so I'm asking for it:

I want the save & load screen to have a picture as background and instead of the charset of the players, the faces. I believe it is a simple thing, but I wasn't able to script it.

Menu screen: instead of fading in and out, and waht the windows to appear from the side, if it's possible.

First of all which system? If it's for VX I could make you a script easy. XP would be a pain just because it's more limiting. But ether one will do.

Also look up Mog + Script in the search and you can find one. You can also add Save, File and My name if you need the one for VX that I converted over.
