Update: I tweaked the eventing to see if it would help stop the glitch. I didn't upload it as a gamedisc so that if it isn't fixed, you can just start from the saved file and it should be ok. You miss Sabriel's all-growed-up intro, but at least you should be able to make it through the whole thing. I recomend saving frequently, as other events might end up causing errors too (but I hope not).
Anyways, hope you can enjoy the whole thing now :thumb: !

"Does the walker chooses the path or the path choose the walker?"
Since childhood, Sabriel has lived outside the walls of the Old Kingdom, away from the power of Free Magic, and away from the Dead who refuse to stay dead. But now her father, the Mage Abhorson, is missing, and Sabriel must cross into that world to find him. With Mogget, whose feline form hides a powerful, perhaps malevolent spirit, and Touchstone, a young Charter Mage, Sabriel travels deep into the Old Kingdom. There she confronts an evil that threatens much more than her life -- and comes face to face with her own hidden destiny. . .
This is the first demo of my game based off of the novel Sabriel (First in the Abhorsen Trilogy), by Garth Nix. I have been working on it on and off for about two months now, and I think it is very good for my first RMXP creation. It uses a lot of RTP edits and a few original graphics, and some sounds that I made. It doesn't use any custom scripts though, because I don't know very much scripting yet. I'm saving that for when I work more on my original game: "Lost Warriors".
So far there is not too much to the game story-wise (it's only the beginning), but there is a lot of side quests and extras that I've added, some hidden. If you do most of them, it should take you about 45 minutes to an hour to complete the demo, especially if you have to look for them. However, it will be pretty short if you skip them.
It would be nice if anyone who plays this demo can give me feedback about it. I haven't played any other games made on RMXP yet, so I can't particularly compare it to any other games, but tell me what you think!
Also, if you find any typos or bugs tell me (I have fixed all that I've found, but there could be a few more out there).
The file is about 4.21MB
