Rye's CBS - Limt Break and Leveling

How do I set a limit break using Rye's CBS? Also, how do I set it to show if you've leveled up?

Isn't there a japanese person/site that uses the name "Rye" as well? It's possible (actually, likely) he's referring to that.

Well, I donno...I know it's called Rye's CBS lol...that's aboot it :p. Which part of the script should I post exactly? there's a lot of parts? (scuse meh I'm an ubar noob at this).
