Running an RMXP game on a computer without rmxp

Small and sweet: how can someone Run an RMXP game on a computer without rmxp or the installed?
I encrypted a RMXP game. But when my brother downloads it, unpack it and click game.exe it says: "unable to find RTP files" or something like that. I think it's something quiet simple but i can't find it. Some help plz

You used RTP files. He'll need to get them; they are a free download from Enterbrain's site, or whoever it is that's hosting their downloads these days.

i added all needed files in the graphic and sound directory though, isn't that enough?

Actually, you'll also need to add rgss102e.dll to the main project directory, where Game.exe is. Then, you need to change the game so it doesn't look for the RTP. (Go to Game > Select RTP, and set them all to none.)

i'm an advanced user of RMXP, but i never exported a game to someone who doesnt have rmxp, strange how i am still noob at some parts of rmxp.

Not really all that strange. If you were proficient at everything, there would be nothing new for you, and it probably wouldn't hold your interest as easily.
