Rumor research: RPG Maker assets now available outside RPGM

This guy http://forums.tigsource.com/index.php?topic=49009.0 who is promoting the Indie Game Making Contest says:

Minor update to this: The Humble Bundle RPG Maker assets are now licensed for use for all engines, so you don't have to worry about using those assets in non-RPG maker stuff.

I'm trying to confirm this. I'm looking through http://www.rpgmakerweb.com/products/graphics and I don't see the two price points anymore (one for use within RPGM and one for everyone else). Does anyone have more official information?

I know I saw this somewhere. http://www.rpgmakerweb.com/support/products/faqs It just took me a minute to find it again. According to that, most of the stuff is still limited to use inside RPG Maker, but maybe the information hasn't been updated yet?

I feel like it's important to draw a line between official rpg maker material and the user made resources with a price tag.
Mary Scrooge McArtist has no reason to sell her anime faces exclusively for rpg maker.
