I was wondering if there was a function in ruby that would allow you to stretch the image or sprite at (X) or(Y)"Depending on direction" at so many pixels.
I want to create a beam like projectile but don't want to create so many battle animations, as a stretching function may be easier handle all the collisions.
This is meant to be for a picture, but if it's better to "DRAW" the images, I'd do so. But then, how would collisions work? It would still be based on RMXPs default grid.
