RTP Question

I searched around the whole forum couldn't seem to find anything. In the help menu it is mentioned you can use other ways to run the games. I was just wondering if there is a way what is it? Because for my Thesis class to be able to play it without the RTP i need to figure this out.

However if there is a way for you to use these RTPs on Macs and someone could tell me that would be great too.

Are you asking how to play it without the RTP? There's a couple tutorials around. Here's a brief summary.
Copy all the images being used from the RTP folder (Usually C:/Program Files/Common Files/Enterbrain/RGSS-RTP/Standard/) into your game folder. Then, under Game>RTP, change all three boxes to 'None'. That's a rough guide, I probably missed a couple of steps. It's basically what you should do, though.

really there are? I just did a search and looked around and couldn't find anything thats why i posted the question. Maybe I'm not searching the right words hm...
