[RTP] Digital Restoration

[Wings]

I digitally restored all of the battleback and panorama graphics via Photoshop CS2. Personally, they look a hell of a lot better than your standard RTP colours. Have a look.

The Evil Castle looks worse than the original. There is some strange noise in the clouds, maybe it is how you saved it and it compressed weirdly? Or too much sharpener? (I dunno if you used that though...)

Actually, in the original there is the same strange noise in the clouds as the restored version. You just never noticed it because of the dark overlay.

EDIT: No sharpen tool was used on any of these graphics.

I like most of them. The version of the sky panorma you have made wouldn't fit so well as a day time panorama, but would serve well as a night one. The sea looks great, and the water is much more realistic, but again I think it would be well suited as a time variation too. My favourite has to be the forest though, it has much more of a fantasy and mystic look to it now.

These are great! I plan on using them. They remind me of cel backgrounds from a Studio Ghibli movie.
