RTH ABS Cutscenes?

I'm using the RTH ABS. It's very simple, I like the way it is set up, and I'd rather not move on to something else seeing as this one is so easy to use.

The problem I am having is that while talking to a NPC or during a cutscene if I press the action key (to continue messages or just to press it for the hell of it) the player attacks.  It is verryy annoying and I can't seem to find anywhere in the script to get rid of this problem.

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
