rtab with extras

I am using the rtab and still have a few questions.

1. How can I change the in battle characters to have my own? Same with Enemy's. I tried something and It made part of the characters head chop off.

2.How can I control the animations and change them?

3.How can I change the timing of the enemy's, so it goes around 2 times before I can go?

These are all of my questions. I have had short answers but nothing I try works:( If someone could give me a good detailed description I would thank you so much.

thank you so much

  1. That's part of Animated Battlers and the demo showcases a 'few' types of battlers... 11-pose sheets, 4-pose charactersets, RTP default battlers. You need to configure the system to accept the battler you are using. The system can't autodetect the kind of battler you are using. Unfortunately, the script isn't simple to use. To accomodate every type of battler that I could, I had to encorporate a number of values to edit, including the templates system.

  2. Also part of Animated Battlers. The first post has detailed (though technically described) instructions on how you set poses, frames, extra poses (beyond a default 11-pose system), and lots more. You can even set which skills or moves forces the battler to move across the screen, to the center of the screen, or stand still to attack.

    Again... fairly detailed.

  3. Ah... now THAT's part of RTAB. Normally, the @speed value of RTAB speeds up the system itself. But... the @enemy_speed value can speed up the enemies. If the @enemy_speed value is twice the value of @speed... watch out!!!
