RPG XP Game Mechanic bug (Solved)

I dont know if its really a bug, but a mistake on my part.

Im trying to create an interesting mechanic by having different possitive status that will adjust the character's strengths, crit, avoidance in different ratios in the form of battle like stances.

Everything works but one small detail. The skill works and the effect works as it should. but since they are able to resist casting it on themselves (which they only can cast on themselves). Ive tried several things, but i cant seem to figure out how to make it unable to "miss".

to break it down in more detail, skill is cast on themself and applies a status change (that only affects the "battle status", IE wont affect poisoned)
(this is the problem, the skill is missing. i want it not to ever miss since they cast on themselves like a buff)

The status changes and switching status are working correctly. one might increase dexterity to 150% and lower agi to 50%. and switching will reset it to normal and apply a different change.

sorry if im making this confusing, im really stumped. i just know that they are missing themselfs is all
