RPG Maker XP with no RTP

Is it possible to make the games made with RPG Maker XP playable without the RTP? If so then could someone send me Data, Graphic and Audio files from the RTP please.

That's not want I mean. I want it but not in the form of an installer. Or atleast an English installer.
