Rpg Maker VX : Sideview battlescript PROBLEM !

I have a problem uisng the sideview battlesystem for RPGM VX... It looks like this, all characters are this many :/

lol the almighty don't read the FAQ's error lol.

Pull out the templates in paint,
copy a single character (3x4 set) in to a new paint file,
adjust to fit,
save it as...
$<Character Name>
Re import,
set it as the character.

There you go it works!
