[RPG and other] dump

Hm.m.....Benevolance sounds kind of buried.  Like, kind of hard to get the gist under all the layering and effects/pedal/muting/slurring.  Sounds like, if it were for a game, it'd be good for an underground tunnel or sewer.

Says my boyfriend about Call the Battle!: "It'd get really annoying after a few battles."  I says it gets really screechy and hard to listen to around 0:35.

I'm a bit of a fan of Gargantuan March, but more in the sense of it being for an action cutscene than a battle theme.

(But I guess you did label those "old shitty battle themes," eh? XD

Your noises/revisions scare me. O_O

benevolence is pretty tight up to around a third of the way through. when MORE STUFF starts playing the mud gets more noticeable and a little graf, but it's not that big a deal during the final section when everything's higher-pitched. i do like the muffled thing during the less full parts, though! overall i'm reminded of either a jrpg church or a menu screen. it is cute! good job.

i'm not really a big fan of either battle theme, though! call the battle is the better of the two, but when the strings get really high it's kindof irritating. also i'm not a big fan of the harp immediately after that part, either. gargantuan march seems too BUSY - there's too much happening and it's distracting. i do like that piano solo bit about halfway in, though! the drums in both are really good, but the drums in gargantuan march seem to be panned entirely to the right and it's mad disorienting.

"mr. x stages" is cool as hell but kindof hollow on its own. imo you should layer it over a glitchier WALL OF NOISE, then mad tape saturation or something to amplify/distort it and make it fuller. dildomuseum is really really good, but the BLATANT RINGMOD is a bit grating after a while. i probably like it the most out of all this stuff though! (don't take that as an insult or anything i'm just...*puffs cigar*...too avant-garde for "regular" music.)

the 2nd battle theme reminds me of when a jazz drummer starts doing his own thing, and goes entirely bananas.
they both sounded way more rpg-ish than i was expecting from you (im not sure why that is).. and the first sounded pretty cool. i mean, it was really really reminiscent of the battle scene from a random ps1 rpg that i may have forgotten about, but everything was well done.

im not a fan of 'noise' so i can't say much off the other two.

I've listened to them a few times throughout the week, and the battle theme seems to have an odd mix. Everything seems to be crammed into the center and the march seems to be doing exact the opposite, having the instruments spread on the very right and left. @_@
Benevolence is a pretty nice melody with a little bit too much of sustain and reverberation. I could hear a dryer version of it sounding more clear and enjoyable.
The noises tracks i'm afraid to listen to. : (  I had many sleepless nights with the one in the other topic.
