[RPG]Absence of Vagaries: Retribution ~The LP~

This is an project I've been working on since early 2008. Originally it was entitled "Enchanti Alavice" as it was suppose to be the original soundtrack for a game by the same title. Unfortunately, the project was scrapped very early in development and my intentions were to actually scrap the album as well, but nearing the end of 08 I decided to continue working on it as a stand alone LP named after a project series I had started awhile back (Absence of Vagaries). Some of you may remember the project, but that's not important. Anyway being a composer and never composing the music to my own projects made me a sad panda, so I figured this would be the musical tale of another chapter in the AoV series.

I wish you could have put this in a .zip like you did with The Oracle Story OST. But anyway, it looks cool, downloading.

Looks cool? LOL

Its freaking MUSIC! SOUNDS COOL!!!

XD hahaha... Nothing about music looks cool unless you are watching someone play it.

Anyways, wow Jstreet, these are amazing! You really like the sleigh bells! they are in a lot of songs.

They are really good man, great work. You make these in FL studios?

@KRoP
I would zip them up and make a single file download, but unfortunately I'm in the middle east at the moment and the internet out here is sub par, so uploading the entire thing would take quite a bit of time (probably somewhere along the lines of 12 hours...)

@Kraft
Yes, they were made in FL Studios. Percussions have never been a strong point of mind, so I often find myself recycling a lot of stuff and just tweaking it slightly. Maybe I don't have any rhythm (which is strange seeing how I'm black and all...) Anyway I'm working on innovating my style and perfecting / improving it.

hmm... well that is very interesting. I wasnt saying that the sliegh bells were a bad thing ^_^ Its just that was one of the instruments that I played in a concert a few months ago during the christmas season, and since then I have a weird knack or picking them out wherever they are in a song.

Anyways, yeah, they are good in it.

Only... well, I guess my question for you is that, well, I am pretty familiar with FL studios... I am not saying I am good with it by any means, but I have looked into I think every single folder just to see what there was, and I do not remember seeing sleigh bells... or a lot of the other instruments that you used in the songs that I could hear... Are they in there, or do you have access to something else? like packs of sounds or instruments or something like that... All I can get from FL studios is what the Sytrus packs have... thats about as far as I have ever found anything regarding sounds.

Thanks!

I've listened to some of them, cool compositions, cool sounds. Reminds me of FF Tactics. How long does the whole process take? I'm downloading them and I'll post more comments after I listen to all of them closely. Nice work, Panda!

havent seen you around in a long ass time, Great work on these compositions, i personally really like 3:Devise a Strategy and 11: Blood on my Blade, that ones really epic and sets the tone for an upcoming war or the start of a war, keep at it
