This isn't pixel art, pixel art is made with the pencil, and paint bucket tools. This uses a gradient. Anyway:
Your icons look to blurry, if you are using the RTP for your game this isn't going to look to well. The outlines on most stuff have an outer glow and are thick. Try and pick colours that will blend too.
