if they're nailing you for 500 every hit, you're obviously not using 'gimp' on them
I made the game difficult, because nowadays there are far too many 'walk in the park' fluff-fest games, that take little to no effort to beat (aside from hitting the 'confirm' button repeatedly)
Also: I get it, you dont like how hard the game is. Stop bashing it and turning off possible players. The game isn't -that- hard. My little 11 year old brother mauled the game. And several others have gotten waaay past that, and/or beaten the game, and not whined as much as you.
If you're not a fan of TBS, or a challenging game, then that's fine, I appreciate you taking the time to at least try out my game. But you're obviously not in the target audience for my game, so....just stop whining.
I'll be writing up a strategy guide in the near future, so if you want, keep an eye open for it and I'll work you through each and every battle and puzzle. However, I'm tired of this project for now, and that's not going to be out for some time.
It -is very possible- to beat the game. You just need to plan ahead, think, and not just try to hack and slash. Hit and run tactics are a NECESSITY.
This game takes TIME, EFFORT, and STRATEGY to beat. If you don't have, or are not willing to give one of those three, you will not beat it.

Wow, I totally missed that, let me fix it ^_^

quoted for truth.
King of Red Pancakes":3d39naly said:5. Remember that the characters normal attacks are stronger than their actual skills, ex. Gimp will weaken the opponent, but it does something like half the damage, Aaron's shockwave is almost useless unless you are just a tile too far from your opponent and should not be used unless said situation is applied.
I hope this helps, and remember that these are only the strategies I used, feel free to use your own.
speeder can hit about 1k sometimes if you have already stretched, and skills guarantee a hit, whereas enemies with Evasion are less likely to be hit by standard melee attacks. That, and Aaron tends to miss a lot (at least for me). Skills have their place, but more often than not, it's a good idea to conserve Energy.
