RMXP Summon Skill Question

Ok what I want to do is have a skill that summons a zombie guy to fight with you. I know how to do it kinda where I'm at is this. I can add a party member that is the "zombie" during battle with a skill I know how to do that. My problem is I want him to get removed right after battle. Also I would like him to get stronger when you level up. So the skill gets stronger. Hopefully you guys get what I am trying to do here. But if anyone has any ideas on the best way to do this that would be great.

I'm sure there's several, but here's one to start with: Have a Parallel Process Common Event removing the zombie from the party, constantly.

Here's what will happen: You summon the zombie, who joins in the fight. During the battle, the Parallel Process event will not run, and the zombie will get experience if it survives until the end of the battle, leveling up eventually. (Don't check the "Initialize" box in the event that you use to summon the zombie, of course, or it'll always revert to whatever you set the starting level as.)

After the battle, after the zombie has had a chance to level up, it'll automatically be removed. And that's that.

I made a tutorial that's almost exactly what you're looking for: http://www.arpgmaker.com/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=44508. It's a little lengthy, but it describes how to do everything in detail.

Also I would like him to get stronger when you level up. So the skill gets stronger.
I could take this one of three ways. The first is that you want the zombie to level up by himself, which is the easiest method. The second is that you want the zombie to be equal to the level of the player (pretty easy to do) and the third is that you want to have the zombie level up when the player levels up (not too hard, but pretty lengthy to implement). Let me know which you're looking for and I should be able to help you with it.
