[rmxp] sky reflections in water autotiles help.

Hi, bout a year or so ago I came across a tutorial on how to do sky/cloud reflections in water for
RMXP... for the life of me I can't find it ANYWHERE now, seems these days if you search for anything
to do with rmxp you get.. 1. a ton of pokemon cr@p... OR 2. RmVx/RmVxA stuff.. So, i'm wondering
if anyone has this tutorial anywhere or has the link to it.

Basically, its similar to the reflection script, the one that reflects your character in the water but it
wasn't a script it was a tutorial written by someone on how to do it using "paint shop pro", or something
like that and it would reflect clouds.
