[RMXP]Scene_Title Edit

Oh gee, I need help! Like that has never happened before!
Well, since I am script challenged I have no idea how to do this edit I want to do to the Scene_Title. I want for the windowskin to be removed and "New Game," "Continue," and "Exit" to be lined up in the bottom of the screen rather than at the center like it is in default.
