RMXP Resources?

I've been scouring the net to find additional RMXP resources (in particular, enemy battler graphics), and I'm coming up much shorter than I thought. RPG Revolution, RPG Palace, Kobra's Realm, Crankeye, and rmrk.net all have relatively few monster/ enemy graphics for battle, as do a multitude of smaller sites.

I was wondering if there is a special cache or something for RMXP resources like this, and if not (read: there probably isn't so...), could you tell me where you get your goodies? This would really help me out, as the game I'm developing utilizes a non- random encounter system (where you can see the enemy sprite and touch it to engage battle), and it would be fantastic to match up those sprites with battle graphics as closely as possible.

Graphics, particularly 'artistic' type (Battlers, Titles, etc...) are a commodity. Given the limited supply of battler graphics available (in a particular size & style), you might be better off choosing your battlers, then trying to get sprites to match them.

Another alternative would be to change the battle system so it uses character sprites instead of the big battlers, then they will always match. (search "Super Simple Side View". All it does is move the battlers to the right side of the battle field. You have to replace the big battlers with the left facing pose from the character set.)

Very few people that make their own graphics use the default battle system, and so front-view battlers are very hard to find. I would suggest scouring more RM2k oriented sites perhaps, if any are still around; or simply searching the art forums here for "battler" (though I can only think of a few threads, one by Ratty524, can't remember who made the others).

RMXP Battler graphics are the least limited thing on RMXP last time I checked. You can pretty much grab any graphic/ monster that looks cool and it's a battler because all it is is an image.
