RMXP instalation probleme

Wel I bought a new pc some days ago and decided to instal RMXP again ,
So I downloaded it of http://www.download.com

and installed it , but when i open it i get this :

Whats wrong ? I haven't special except for installing it .
Does anyone mayby knows how to fix this ?
