G'day mates!
I recently realised that I have two help files for RMXP; the one that comes in our legal English version, and the one that I suppose comes in the Japanese version translated. The translated version has links to the info in the English version that are broken, but it has alot of additional information that our help files don't have. Is there a way I could merge these two help files together as my standard RMXP help file?
Also, while we're on the subject of Help Files, I realised that SDK so badly needs its own kind of Help File that I could create/access. Basically, I find myself writting a script, then scrolling through the SDK to find what method I'm wanting, then trying to find the script I was working on again (I have like 380 script inserts in my script editor to scroll through anymore XD) I want to append this to my RMXP help file so when I click the "Help" button it'll bring up my edited Help File and have EVERYTHING in it I need to see alongside the RMXP editor.
If anybody knows of a good Help File creator/editor, that'd be awesome. Since I'm not familiar with HTML coding or whatever, I'm looking for a program that would be easy to use just like posting on a forum or something, that creates .chm files since that is what RM recognizes when opening the Help File. If you point me in the right direction I'll try to pay back the favor like maybe I'll write you a cool script or something :thumb:
