RMXP & GameMaker

After finishing my commerial title "Hero"

I' am thinking about making another game for the public. Problem is I want to use a different system. I wanted to know on the following:

GameMaker:
Sim Maker:
Mugen
Fighter Maker:

On the following, Are they as easy to use as rmxp?
Do you need to know Java/C+, etc...??
Are they for commercial use?
GFX any good?
And any feedback anyone may have on these...

you could always try making your own engine or editor. I mean...
if your first commercial project did ok maybe its time to raise the bar a little bit. there are places like gamedev.net that have masses of programmers willing to help people that are new to that kinda thing.

personally i dont think any of the ones listed are as good as rmxp.

but good luck making your choice :)
