RMXP for Vista

Ok i know many are wondering how to run RMXP on the OS Vista its impossible right? Wrong, i'm here to tell you how!!!
I dont know if this has been covered before and if it has feel freeto ignore this topic, now this is a long process so be prepared to spend atleast 10 hours to complete this tutorial...

Here is how itas done once downloaded go to C:/Programfiles/Enterbrain/
Right Click RMXP icon
Go to Properties
Go to Compatabity
Check the Run this program in box thingy
Change it to Windows 2000
Check the Box Run as Admin

NOTE: The OS 2000 may not work for you simply change it to a different version.

There Done, Enjoy!!!

Did i say 10 hours well i ment the time you will be spending creating with it!!! lol

Actually, running it as an adminstrator in compatibility mode for Windows XP SP2 works much better, as my tutorial here states. Try making a search before posting something. Plus, you might want to try posting a tutorial in the Tutorials section next time.

That's why, as a general rule, it is a good idea to redirect people to that tutorial. RPG Maker XP was made for Windows XP, which is why I suggest that. (And that's why there's an XP in the name)

I was not trying to be rude. If I came across that way, I apologize. I just suggest that you make a search before posting a tutorial next time, so we can avoid something like this.

I did nothing came up, and i know why its called XP but there are people who keep asking the question, and not many resources for VX since its fairly new! I'm just tired of hearing the same question
